Stacey Jones

Stacey Jones was one of New Zealand’s greatest halfbacks, earning 46 Test caps for the Kiwis between 1995 and 2006. Known as “The Little General,” he was a key playmaker with exceptional vision, a brilliant kicking game, and the ability to control matches. Jones played a crucial role in New Zealand’s 2005 Tri-Nations triumph, guiding the Kiwis to a historic 24-0 victory over Australia in the final. He captained the national side and was often the team’s main attacking threat. His leadership, skill, and game management made him one of New Zealand’s most influential and respected rugby league players.
