Andrew Johns

Andrew Johns is widely regarded as one of the greatest halfbacks of all time, combining exceptional game management, creativity, and a pinpoint kicking game. Earning 26 Test caps between 1995 and 2006, Johns played a crucial role in Australia’s 1995 and 2000 World Cup wins, earning the man-of-the-match accolade in the 1995 final at Wembley. His skill and composure under pressure helped the Kangaroos retain the Ashes in 2001, when he was also named player of the series. Johns also holds the records for most goals scored in a test match (12 v Fiji in 1996) and most points scored in a test match (32 v Fiji in 1996).
