Keiron Cunningham

Keiron Cunningham was a talismanic figure for St Helens for 16 years, renowned for his exceptional skill and leadership as a hooker. Making his debut in 1994, he quickly established himself as one of the leading dummy halves in the game. His ability to dictate play and knack for scoring close-range tries were central to St Helens’ success during his tenure. Throughout this period, Cunningham helped the club to numerous Challenge Cup wins and Super League titles, and featured in the Super League Dream Team on six occasions. In 2011 he was immortalised with his own statue outside of the Saints’ stadium.
